This Refund Policy governs how refunds are handled for all services provided by APIExpertX, including API integrations, automation setups, and custom software development. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to comply with the terms described below.

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or payment date.
• Refunds will only be considered if the project or service has not been started or if a major issue remains unresolved after escalation.
• If the service delivered does not match the agreed scope or contains significant errors not corrected by our team, APIExpertX may approve a partial or full refund.
• Refund eligibility is determined after a detailed review by our technical and billing team.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, please email our billing team at contact@apiexpertx.com.
• Include your invoice number, payment reference, and the reason for your refund request.
• Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and complete the review within 5 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed API integrations that meet the documented requirements.
• Automation or custom development services that have been fully or partially delivered.
• Consultations, strategy sessions, or technical support hours already utilized.
• Third-party platform fees or services purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., hosting, plugin licenses, or software tools).

Cancellations

Clients may request a cancellation for ongoing services or subscriptions by contacting our support team. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. All cancellation-related refunds are evaluated based on the progress and delivery status of the project.
